Dr Ranjini Bharadwaj
Qualifications: MBBS, FRACP
Special Interests: Infant health issues such as failure to thrive, eczema, food intolerances, heart murmurs etc. Supporting parents experiencing difficulties with infant feeding and settling, monitoring and supporting developmental progression, managing developmental delays and other neurodiverse conditions like ASD and ADHD, complex genetic conditions, NDIS advocacy, holistic child and family support in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team.
Dr Bharadwaj graduated with MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India. She then moved to Australia to pursue Paediatric training, which was spread across various hospitals in Queensland including Queensland Children’s Hospital, Logan Hospital, the Prince Charles Hospital, Ipswich Hospital, Redland Hospital and Toowoomba Hospital. She has also trained at the NICU’s in RBWH and Mater Mothers Hospital.
She completed her specialist training in General Paediatrics and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. She was employed as a Staff Specialist at Caboolture hospital before transitioning to private practice.
Dr Bharadwaj strongly believes in the quote by John F Kennedy that “Children are the world’s most valuable resource and its best hope for the future” and for a child to believe in themselves, they need a family who believes in them.
She considers it her privilege to be a part of this special partnership and is keen to work in collaboration with families, specialists, allied health professionals and the education team to ensure children have every opportunity to achieve their best.
Outside of work, her life revolves around her girls who are 11 and 14 years old, as well as her 18 month old doggy, Maverick.
She is a keen netball mum and also enjoys cooking and travelling.
